I was extremely hardworking, but I still didn’t have the life I wanted. Then, as now, unfortunately, this hard work was promoted, and the idea of ”never giving up” was glorified.
So, I bought time management, organization, and resource planning courses. It seemed like I was in the right direction, but I was far from having the results I dreamed of.
None of them seemed to be created for me personally, but rather based on fixed, rigid rules. It was as if they were made for a robot, not for a human with thoughts, emotions, and challenges of all kinds. A healthier method was Demir Bentley’s, but I still ended up working a lot.
So I wanted to create a system that suited me, but which could be easily adapted for anyone who wanted to follow it. And this is because at that time I already had in mind that I wanted to help other professionals.
From my experience as a leader and professional who at that time was traveling to 3 countries with her job, building an outsourced service center, the need to understand how important it is to differentiate between what is a priority and what is not was born.

I entered the world of entrepreneurship on my own in 2021, after more than 10 years of leadership in Romanian and international companies. In 2022, I also fulfilled my dream of working in a corporation as a Vice President, and then for a while, I managed an outsourced services center in Saudi Arabia.
I have always been a visionary, most of the time I create bigger visions than the leaders who coordinated me, that’s why I decided it was time to work on my vision.
My vision for Romania is one in which there is equal opportunity, human rights are respected, people are remunerated for fair work, and women are loved and respected, not abused.
I know, I am an idealist.
But I also know (inspired by the leaders I have had the privilege of working with, mentoring me, or mentoring them), that things don’t change if we sit on the sidelines and just talk about what’s not working. But if we roll up our sleeves and bring the change.
So I work with companies and leaders in the form of operational and organizational transformation consulting.
I also mentor leaders who want to be an inspiration for the teams they lead and achieve remarkable results.
And because big visions are fulfilled with big resources, that’s how I ended up working with myself to create my mindset, organizational skills, planning, and time management, but also on things less said: psycho-emotional state, identity, values.
